Refund Policy

Every Dengo Co piece is embroidered by hand, and we want you to love it. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed.

Let us know at dengocouk@google.com, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any tags attached.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Pieces embroidered with your own name, text or design, or made specially to your request, can't be returned for a change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty or not as described.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked, since we can't refund items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.
This includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid, but not any premium delivery upgrade.
